Don't you hate when you update, and accidentally delete content?

Just happened to me then, there was this whole spiel yesterday about the secrets of Dumplings, and how I absolutely LOVE Dumplings, and wished I could cook them at home, but seriously suspected there was some killer secret, you know, to prevent them from sticking to the pot, or being all water filled and avoif all the other issues, and how I was determined to attempt this at home, as my nearest Dumpling place, which does absolutely amazing Dumplings, is unfortunately in the middle of a Mall Food Court, and infested by hideous mutants (I'm talking seriously icky ambience).

And I'd gone on at length about all of that.

And now it's gone.

But I did experiment with Dumplings yesterday, and had some mild success, Boiling seems to work reasonably well, as in they don't stick to the pot, the dumpling flesh achieves the right texture, but the downside is they fill with water slightly, I'm thinking popping with toothpicks may be the go, hmm,

All this food talk is making me hungry, so I'm going to my Kitchen now
