Hero Cartoons to be Featured on City Of Heroes Website,Well, actually it's more along the lines of the Player "City Scoop" which is the weekly Fanzine, and found on the Forums, still it's promoted on the login screen and has a readership far above what this site usually gets, so I'm kinda stoked about it.
